• The route to the main entrance

• In the facility

  • The prayer room is located on floor 1. Parish facilities are located on floor 0.

  • For moving around, there is a lift, which can hold a wheelchair; the door is heavy. The floor numbers in the lift cannot be felt with fingers. The button for the exit floor stands out from the other buttons. (The minimum dimensions for an accessible lift are width 1.1 m and depth 1.4 m.)

  • The prayer room has directions to the different facilities.

  • The prayer room is equipped with a microphone and PA system, as well as a fixed induction loop which works best at the front of the space. The area where the induction loop works is marked on the coverage map as well as with a symbol.

  • The seating area features over 20 accessible spots suitable for a wheelchair, which are located around the prayer room. The accessible spots are easy to access. Separate chairs are available in addition to the fixed benches.

  • The furniture in the prayer room is highlighted from the floor with contrast.

• Altar

  • The aisle to the altar is sufficiently wide. There is 2 consecutive steps in front of the altar with handrails on one side.

• The entrance "Entrance to the crypt "

  • The main entrance parking spaces may be used for this entrance as well. The distance from the parking spaces to the entrance is over 10 m.

  • The pick-up and drop-off area is located in the vicinity of the entrance.

  • The route to the entrance is guided, smooth and sufficiently wide and illuminated.

  • The entrance is located in a recess and is illuminated.

  • The doors connected to the entrance stand out clearly. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door is heavy or otherwise hard to open.
